Vox Pop on BRT Television 26/06/2016 with the Cyprus Turkish French Cultural Association

For this week’s Vox Pop show, I went with my camera team to meet the Cyprus Turkish French Cultural Association inCyprus Turkish French Cultural Association with Enginb Devisaga Lefkosa who were holding their music festival to co-ordinate with the Fête De La Musique Festival which is held every year.

The “Fête de la Musique” [“International Music Day”] is an annual music festival taking place on June 21 around the world. It was created by ex-French Minister of Culture, Jack Lang and first took place in 1982 in Paris.

Ever since, the Festival has been celebrated in more than 460 cities in 110 countries, including Germany, Italy, Egypt, Morocco, South Africa, Australia, Vietnam, Congo, Cameroon, Fiji, Colombia, Chile, Nepal and Japan.

Please tune in to my Vox Pop show on BRT2 Television on  Sunday 26th June at 15.00pm to learn all about the Fête De La Musique Festival and this show will be repeated on Wednesday 29th June at 11.00am.
